To provide quality pre-service teacher education through the D.El.Ed. program, equipping future teachers with professional skills, pedagogical knowledge, and ethical values.
To conduct in-service training programs for primary and upper primary school teachers, ensuring continuous professional development and capacity building.
To promote child-centered and inclusive education by encouraging innovative teaching methods that cater to diverse learning needs.
To act as a resource and support center for schools in the district by providing academic guidance, model lesson plans, and teaching-learning materials.
To undertake action research and experimentation in classroom practices, school improvement, and education delivery to strengthen the quality of learning.
To facilitate the effective implementation of national and state educational policies, especially the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, at the grassroots level.
